Deliverance is not only about casting out; it is about maintaining spiritual discipline. After submitting to God, you must actively resist the devil. Resistance means refusing to repeat negative patterns that have existed in your lineage.
Separate yourself from ungodly influences and relationships that reinforce those cycles. What you tolerate, you authorize. Choose godly counsel and remain planted in a Bible-believing church where spiritual covering and accountability exist.
Finally, speak differently. Stop confessing family patterns as identity. You are not a victim of your lineage — you are a new creation in Christ. What could not stop others in your family will not stop you.
