HANDLING FINANCIAL CRISIS IN THE FAMILY (PART 2)

Anchor Scripture: Proverbs 21:5

” The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want. “

One of the major causes of financial crisis in families is lack of discipline. Indiscipline in spending, saving, and planning can lead even a well-earning family into lack. God honors diligence, structure, and intentional living. Financial stability is not accidental it is built through consistent and wise decisions.

Christian couples must learn to plan their finances. Budgeting, saving, and avoiding unnecessary expenses are practical expressions of wisdom. Living above your means or trying to impress others financially can create avoidable pressure on the home. Contentment is a powerful virtue that protects families from financial stress.

Avoiding financial crisis requires self-control. Learn to delay gratification and prioritize needs over wants. When couples are disciplined and intentional, they create an environment where financial peace can thrive. Do you have a saving culture as a family or you spend all your earning?
Discipline today secures stability tomorrow.
